Fair play about your reason for not using this image, you made the point clearer.
I have to admit I find it strange that you think it 'perverted' to use the image. After all, you don't need not show any of the flesh in whatever you do with the image and could focus on making a sig with the other elements present rather than the girl.
Personally I don't feel bad using it. We did loads of naked life drawing at college and the naked body is a really fascinating thing to try and draw/replicate on paper. I guess I find it weird how people could possibly be offended by what we are.
I think it's the constant sexualisation of the body in the media that's the problem and I guess I can understand how you might think the image contributes to that.
Out of interest, would you be offended if the image was of a topless male Barbarian for instance?
Please don't think I'm having a pop at you. I respect your opinion and I'm sure we could start a very big and long debate on this topic alone

. I'd find it very interesting I think.
As for the use of png files, I personally find jpegs better as a little compression will yield smaller file sizes without compromising the quality of the image. As soon as you increase the number of colours in the png file palette to avoid the dotting, the file size ends up much higher than the jpeg.
Well that's my tuppence worth anyway.
