I would go with 3.52 M33-4.

It's very stable and has many helpful features.

You can update directly from 3.03 OE-C as well, DKKDARK.

HERE is the guide to 3.52 M33.
Make sure you follow to instructions for 3.52 M33.

And HERE is the UPDATE 4.
You put that in your GAME folder and run it directly from the XMB after you have 3.52 M33 installed.
