Which Wii modchip should I buy?

I am looking into buying a Wii modchip (there are reasons other than piracy by the way) and there are so many, I have no clue which to buy. I want an upgradable one which can read DVD+RW's (I am not sure if all of them can, some don't say they can) so I don't have to waste a DVD every time I update it. I also want one that is safe to upgrade my Wii with the chip still installed. I do not care about which is more or less expensive, because to me, they are all pretty cheap (compared to my PSP's modchip).
