Time Crisis PAL work on PSP?

Does the PAL version of Time Crisis and Time Crisis: Project Titan work on my US PSP? If so, which POPS do they work the best on? Cause I have 3.71 M33-3 with the new POPSloader. Thanks

but when I run the game, it doesn't even make it to the PSone logo

hello? does that mean the game is broken? Cause it works perfectly on my PSX. When I put the converted game on my PSP and play it, it doesn't make it to the PSone logo. It just stays black. Patches don't work either.
