Mediumguage has updated his text reader and file manager for the PSP

Heres Whats New:

general:
- reduced cyrillic font size of UTF-8 and Cyrillic-1251 charset.
- added a feature to re-order XMB icons.
filer:
- fixed a bug Filer was crashed when it plays a large wav file.
- fixed a bug Filer was crashed when it opens a folder which has some kind of ISO/CSO.
picture viewer:
- fixed a bug following PNG picture was not drawn correctly:
16bit gray scale, 48bit color, and having alpha-blend.
- fixed a bug that caused in version 4.2, a wallpaper could not be saved.

filer 3.9 was good enough to banish fileAssistant from my game menu.
The app's improving with every new release .

does this mean that game could be on the left instead of the right?

No, it's to sort the order of the items listed under the Game menu. (It alters the timestamps)

...it seems to have a problem with some eboots that don't have icons though...it loves to lock up when drawing them

o alright i was gonna ask why it isn't bigger news but in that case i can see why...you could use a number of programs to sort that

This is cool. I used to re-order the icons manually, now it will be easier. I love PSP Filer and now it's even more complete.

I updated Filer to version 4.31.
please use it.

- fixed a bug that monochrome JPEG picture was not drawn correctly.
