Oh lol it's cool but yeah I love the green icon too, I didn't use the background with it though. I'd really like to see some more icon posts, please anyone if you know a place that just has some post em here, the more the better.

Hey Venom I looked through my collection, is this is the icon you were looking for, I don't have a matching background.

No that one looks like it was based off the original too.. BUT I've finally been able to find the missing pieces and put them together!!!

After a long time of searching I found where the original files were for it but the links had long been expired and I thought all hope for finding would be lost..

But I keep on searching and came across various pieces of it and was able to put them together with a little editing of course! I'm not going to go into extreme detail of all the steps that went into recreating this awesome icon & background package but in the end I was able to do it!

It's not perfect but its the best I could do... Here I'll post some images and upload an eboot with them in it..

StrmnNrmn - OF COURSE! ( For those who don't know.. He's that guy who created Daedalus to begin with! )
LaMaOne - for the original background design
Pop-Tart - for creating the icon & sound.
( Amazing I know, I was able to find the original creators of the custom icons as well.. )
V3N0M - for tracking these lost pieces of art down and combining them together as closely as possible to match the original. ( Just wanted a little credit )

V3NOM you got me thinking and I remembered PSDonkey did a set for Daedalus back on R5, here's his, comes with a decent AT3 (music) too.


-The background is really black and it looks good, I don't know why it looks like that on here.

Might be worth looking into.. but honestly nothing good has really ever come from PSdonkey.. So who knows but I know I've had enough searching through these massive amounts of threads & forums! :rofl: Anyways I've got the set I've been looking for all this time.. and in my opinion its much better than the official one coming up in the next release. So I'm good now

But OMG never again dude! That took SO much longer than it was worth! :rofl: All that editing I had to do from various pieces just to get one image that was as close as possible to the original was ridiculous! I hope people appreciate it!

edit: You can't make a background image to match my icon that I use on Pg1, the current background image I'm using is the one with mario riding yoshi I posted above, so if you could make one Buddy please let it match the colors.
