Nieko, is possible to bring traces drawn with your version on google map as for the pois?
I have changed the firmware in my psp slim (I now have the 3.90 m33s -2) and Mapthis! doesn't start anymore. I can use mapthis! therefore only in my psp fat 3.71 m33s -4. It's normal or in my psp there is something that doesn't go?
Best regards.
Claudio, i have it working on 3.90 m33s firmware.
Great work deniska, i got my GPS working in no time with mapthis.
I just have one unrelated question. Does anybody know of software which can analyze NMEA sentences recorded with mapthis? For PC, linux (preferably) or windows.
first i would like to thank you for the app. now i have a few questions. i can't get the google map downloader to work and for some reason when i try to use the wifi feature it doesn't connect for some reason. is there any other way to get some maps or would you upload a full map of new york city all 5 boros. please feel free to pm me or post a like here. thanks in advance.
feign, can you tell me in what directory you have put the program (game, game390 etc.) and what setting type of the recovery menu (1.5 or 3.90) are you using?
Many thanks and best regards
Sorry for the late reply, I didn't see your message.
Since the POI format used in Map This! doesn't really follow any specific standard (other than CSV), you'll have to write your own script for that.
Because the format is really simple, a simple regular expression will do. This can even be done in Vim.
If you can manually convert one POI file to a file Google Maps/Google Earth understands, I'll take a look at writing one for you.
Oh, and smoothassassin: would you mind not using such ridiculously big images in your signature? Having to download 4MB for every thread you post in is a bit over the top.
As for maps: http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Map_This!#Maps
