Firstly thanks for the great software
I am living in Shenzhen, China. I know there are problems with the longitudes and latitudes being inaccurate for Google Maps for China (something to do with mapABC uploading incorrect data).

Some chinese coders released their own modified version of MapThis together with a program called Mobimaps which allows you to download maps from 51ditu.com which has accurate maps of China. The version they modified was the 0.4.97 release of mapthis. The Chinese maps work great with this version of mapthis but the trouble is that we miss out on the latest features of the up-to-date software. Loading the 51ditu.com generated maps in 0.5.20 shows the maps as being corrupted.
Here are some examples:
I have loads and loads of maps of China which I cannot use in the latest release which is a real shame.
If we can get this to work then my fellow chinese inhabitants will have a solution for their map problems.
