FATsort v1.0.4 on M3 G6 Lite

Can someone please give me the idiot's guide, ie step by step instructions, on putting FATsort v1.0.4 on my G6 lite card so my games are in alphabetical order. For example, when I've downloaded it to my PC, what do I do next and where exactly do I put it on my G6 card? Thanks in anticipation!

Something tells me that the way it works isn't compatible with the G6. If you're able to run DS homebrew, look into MCTool v0.16, which is a homebrew application that's like FATsort directly on the DS itself.
