sync it. hit sync on the wii console and then on the wiimote.

my wii controller wont connect...
Hey i need help with my wii controller. Whenever i turn on my game, i cant get it to connect! what do i do?

Im new to the wii, i just got mine last week, sorry. but whats a sync button?
And were can i find these buttons?

under the batter cover on the wiimote and under that little flap on the front of the wii console.
