Default magic ms needed after boot?

To start off my psp was a 1.5 ofw, upgraded to cfw 3.52 m33-4.I have the dual boot pandora battery<---using to play my psp with pandora, got the extended pandora menu, and the magic memory stick.

My question is,do i really need a magic memory stick after i load the cfw?it would be great to purchase another memory stick without having to make it magic, not having to make it magic would be great,so i can have all my games and homebrew in one,and music on the other

If this question has already been posted sorry,if not i think more ppl would like to know.I have not tried this yet as i have no other memory stick.

After boot you don't need the magic memory stick. However, you are probably better just making your pandora battery back to a normal battery, then just changing it if you need to unbrick.

Helps if you only have one battery.
