Eelim has updated his Japanese reading Homebrew for PSP:

Hi again,

since my brothers car broke down, i had a lot of free time today, resulting
in a new release of my little app.

Changelog:

new visuals and Menu
added second game mode
while learning now the sound of the symbol on the screen is played one time
without the need to press a button
tons of minor bugfixes
