help with roms

ok i have a rom downloaded for lets say the neo geo pocket and on my psp (ver 1.5) i have the neo geo pocket downloaded on to it. i dont know how to make it play the rom it is in .ngp format and i put it in the non % folder but it doesnt work and i am having lots of confusion about this. if someone would be able to give me a detailed step by step it would be great it would also probably help other people that are having trouble.

it has to be in a directory named roms ... I think.

with neogeo pocket, yes i think it does also

try placing the roms in every possible folder

make sure the roms are uncompressed, that they are in the filename in which you first found it when you downloaded it. thats all the advice I can give.

I take it your using KX-EXPLOIT right? all you have to do is use that and put the roms in the folder without the % on your memory stick it's quite easy.
