Hee Hee. Early Pantera look more like the bands on your list JKK.

My musical tastes vary depending on my moods but I currently like in no particular order:

    Linkin Park
    Sigur Ros
    Mogwai
    Paradise Lost
    My Dying Bride
    Anathema
    Neurosis
    Aim
    Zero 7
    Cinematic Orchestra
    Logistics
    AFI
    Bjork

Kinda like ambient and chilled out beats and also metal. My first musical loves were all hard rock and heavy metal based, stuff like Maiden, Judas Priest etc. I still follow the stuff by Paradise Lost, Anathema and My Dying Bride because it's been good seeing how these bands have evolved from their early years at Peaceville.

    Cool

    In no particular order:

    Nirvana
    Alice in Chains
    Soundgarden
    NOFX
    Pantera
    Slipknot
    Stone Temple Pilots
Green Day (before they went Emo)
    311
    Sublime
    Avenged Sevenfold
    Weezer
    Lagwagon
Linkin Park (before they lost their "tired generic" sound)
    Pink Floyd
    Black Label Society

    Also gotta respect the Beatles.

I forgot to list Pearl Jam. I've only heard songs off their first two albums (Ten and Vs.), and they were great.

Yea pearljam is awesome as well. I was also surprised when you mentioned Sublime. i had a friend that just recently introduced me to there music. I mean ive been hearing about there music for a while, but when i really stopped to listen to them it was epic.

im going to just lay this out there but i also like U2. For some reason there music is just so good even now. plus they didn't fade like all those eighties bands. Omg Pride "in the name of love". The best!
