RSS Streaming Tools Help Please

hi everyone! i was hhoping that someone could help me out with the portal called rss streaming tools. i really want it because of the youtube thing it has. but there are no tutorials online or on youtube on how to get it to work. so if someone will please write me a little/quick guide on how to get it to work i will greatly apreciate it! thank you

sry, im as lost as you ,but i googled "rss streaming tool" and the all the links narrow down to "http://psp.crystalxp.de/.en/Downloads/RSSStreamingToolsPSP RSS Streaming Tools."but the link doesn't work and is in a diffrent language:::::::IF YOU HAVE A WORKING VERSION PLZ POST AN ALTERNATE LINK TO THE PORTAL.
