Which should I choose?

Hi people I'm fairly new to homebrew on the psp,

I'm looking for a the best custom firmware to use so that I can play psx ISOs on my psp, I heard that 3.02 OE works fine with psx ISOs, but that the new 3.71 (M33) has all the features as well as fixes and more.

I think my psp is a 1003 (thats the serial number on the bottom right I hope...)

So which custom firmware would be best for me? I'll be upgrading from 1.5 Also, do I need to upgrade and then install an emulator (like POPs) seperately or is it included in the firmware?
