Notepad for PSP cfw 3.71 M33

I downloaded the software from PSP Tribe, but can't get it work on my cfw 3.71 M33, anyone can help me?
The unzipped file shows 2 directories, one is with %, my PSP always shows corrupted Data when I tried to play this type of the file.

Run the 1.5 kernal pluging dude, i think thats in bold on dark-alex.org
