After all the delays, does Gran Turismo 5 Prologue live up to expectations? Definitely, says Famitsu, who has given the game (or extended demo) a near-perfect review score.
39/40 (that's 10, 10, 9, 10, for those who can't add) was the score on the door - higher than any other racing game in the present generation of racers, with Forza 2 having got 36/40 and PGR 4 settling for 33/40.
That's a near perfect score for what is essentially a cut-down demo of the full-fat game due for release next year.
We can't say we're surprised though - have you seen these shots? It looks incredible.

Unsurprising - the Gran Turismo franchise is excellent.
