a billion babysitting missions with retarded AI, SanAndreas graphics without any of the skill building, and a cupple cameos with phil collins

it might be one of the best psp games, but as far as GTA games its right there with GTA on gameboy color

Actually, I kinda like this game better than LCS, with the swimming/jet ski/ non-cheat hellicopters. It does make Vice City more fun to just aimlessly tool around in.

The missions aren't as good as previous gta games, though
