PSAR Dumper Help

I am currently on m33-3 but i want to use a psar dumper so i can use decrypt the firmware and use popsloader to load chrono cross psx eboot as an earlier firmware because it makes it run without freezing. I cant get the psar dumper working, it says error reading eboot.pbp. Ive got the 3.71 update eboot.php in my root, so whats happening? Can anyone help or do it themselves and upload the psx files, would be a big help
