Heads up X-box live problems.
It seems Xbox live is having problems at the moment. Some users cant log on at all while others are getting kicked. Microsoft has a team of engineers working on the problem and things should be running smoothly soon

The same thing was going on yesterday and the day before, but they've fixed it now.
