    can't remember: is ME only accessible through the FW1.5 kernel? seems that's how the SNES emu used to work. will slims be SOL for this update? still using a fat myself. i'm just curious.

    No - besides, someone already ported the ME version to the 3.71 kernel.

    thanx strmn! sounds fantastic that you are planning on moving some of the graphic stuff to the ME as well!
