For some reason, I can't get this image to <150k. Could someone please optimize it. I can't figure out why it's not working STUPID PHOTOSHOP!!!

instead of saving it as a .psd, do "save as", and select .jpg, it brings it down to a much smaller file size, as in this, about 30kb(Photoshop is awsome if u know how to use it)^^

Are you tring to get it under 150k to use it with pspersonalize?
If so then you need to save it as a bitmap(.BMP)

    Thumbs up

You also might want to shade the upper right hand corner or the time will be hard to see.

    Still doesn't work

I have made it a bmp before, I just posted a .psd for your convience. All other pics that I've gotten work, mine just don't, why? And yes, I know things are a little misaligned, but I've no way to test it. I'll fix the menu bar if it turns out to be too light.

    Tools I'm using:
    Illustrator CS
    Photoshop CS
    WAB Skin Changer
