Sbi limits? specifically chui's emus

It's been a long time since I burned some DC stuff. Now I'm planning to put some of the emulators and other homebrew on discs. I'd like to make my own sbis, and found a tutorial for that.
I just wanted to ask, is there anything to keep in mind, like file limits?
Can I put mame4all, aes4all etc. all on one disc, or are there some kind of known issues?

You should be fine just as long as they don't use the same file layout with the same filenames.
