    Default Homebrew Bye Bye

Hey, how do I take homebrew firmware off the PSP? I'm running 3.52 M33 and I wanna take it off and just start from Official 1.5 and update some Sony stuff.

    Thanks.

You can use Pandora's Battery to downgrade I guess.

Eh, I was hoping there was another way besides Pandy. I don't really have a spare battery to use. Is there a way to use the newest OFW upgrade? I tried but it says it cannot be started. I surely hope so.

um may i ask why you want to update to an official sony firmware?

and you could use recovery to go back to 1.5 but you need to find the contents.

Put the 1.50 update in the psp/game/recovery and call it eboot. It seems like I remember doing that.

    1. download recovery pack from here : http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=49967
    2. put recovery folder in: PSP/GAME/
    3. download 1.50 eboot and rename it to: UPDATE.pbp
    3. put UPDATE.pbp into the recovery folder so it should look like this: PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/UPDATE.pbp (and some other files in there)
    4. go to the recovery menu on your psp (turn off psp, turn on psp and hold R until you get to the recovery screen)
    5. run program at /psp/game/recovery/eboot.pbp
    6. follow the on screen instructions and you will soon be on 1.50

this is a warning though. i heard that if you have a downgraded TA-082 or 086 psp then official sony updates may not work as a punishment by sony. or something like that.

Why would you want to do this when you can go to 3.71m33-4 or higher???? Get all sony stuff in those updates anyway! ?
