My PSP version is 3.71. I have tried everything to downgrade. I even tried the Pandora battery
like 20 times. No matter what I do nothing works.
When I try the pandora battery all it says is the
game cannot be started. I have searched in google,
yahoo and youtube. Nothing works ?
Just tell me what I can do to put homebrew in my
psp or downgrade it.

It sounds like you are using pandora wrong, you dont run it from the game menu you need a pandora battery, then the converted mem stick and you remove your normal battery insert the converted mem stick and insert the pandora battery and the psp boots up in service mode allowing you to downgrade.

I did the same progress. I still cant understand. Do I have to have a custom firmware already installed ?

You need a psp with custom firmware to create the pandora battery and mem stick, after that they can then be used on any psp. However if its a slim then you must have despetar cementario installed to your pandora mem stick cos you cant downgrade a slim to 1.50 cos they are not compatible with the 1.50kernel.
