HELP! Error 800200D9 When loading UMD?!??!?!?

3.71 M33-4 Won't load "Monster Hunter 2: Freedom" from the UMD or ISO. Error 800200D9! i read it was "bad block". PLEASE HELP! I upgraded a kid at schools psp from 3.40 OE-A to 3.52 M33, then 3.71 M33-4 and he'll be pissed if his UMD wont work. WTF is wrong? how do I fix this?

Is it just that one game that wont work or all of them.

thats a problem with the disc not what you have done try cleaning the disc it usually works if not it may have been scratched

i had the same problem running a 4.01 m.33
psp and at first i coulndt find the answer but after a couple of ideas formatting the memory stick was the answer. that was the only way to fix the problem for me.
