how do you install this app to the psp ??i downloaded it and transferred it to the psp mem card but nothing happens sorry im a newb just bought a used one for my son and he loves watching legos on you tube

cant get it to work, ive got 5.00m33-5 (fat) an 4.01 slim.. im unpacking it ,putting it into game an then trying to use it, is there more i have to do? it dont open URL's an when i press site nothing happens, can some one help plz
