NTSC-U PSX games on PSP-PAL

I've got 3.71 M33-4 with 1.50 kernel add-on

I use Simple Popstation 2 GUI to convert my PSX games and play on PSP.

But will NTSC-U PSX games work on my PSP? my psp is pal

edit: this isn't stupid question, the only thing is im a newbie in psp homebrew
