May sound a silly question, but did the cso files work before the upgrade? - I have had a few that will not work at all...

Tried everything disabling plug-ins enabling them, No-UMD m33 sony UMD and all another stuff, did not work, most of the ISO games works fine, but CSO do not want to work, more games worked before I formated my MS, I formated it, than loaded the games back and then it started. googled all over the internet everybody says what you told me, and it works for everyone except me

Right in that case, go into your recovery menu, then Advanced, thed Advanced Configuration. There are 2 settings there, you may need to play around with them (different combinations of off/on etc.), some isos such as Breath Of Fire need the "plain modules" on for example.

CSO files works on my 3.71 m33-4 slim but not all of them, don't know why :/

I've only ever downloaded one, and it's worked, so I couldn't tell you whether I've just struck lucky or what...
