The PSPWIKI crew have released a new PC App that makes 1.5 eboots from v1.0 eboots, perfect for releases that only come with one:

Program Introduction

This program can split and transfer EBOOT.PBP file for using on ver1.5 PSP
Corrupted data can also be hidden.
This program was written in VB6. If you can't start it, plz install needed module files.
When PSP is connected, this program will detect and transfer files automatically
When PSP is not connected, this program will create a folder named "PSP" in your drive C: and place the splited files into it.
If the original EBOOT.PBP file has no icon, this program will create a pure white icon as default.
How to use it

Don't start the program directly. Instead, drag & drop the EBOOT.PBP file onto the program.
After the program started, plz select the folder you want the splited files to be transferred to.

How do I download this? every time i try it says i need to log in but I am logged in. can i get this anywhere else?
