Custom Firmware 3.80 M33 has been released

Are you saying that if i upgrade my m33 3.60 Slim to this m33 3.80, my 1.0 eboot single folders will not work?

I don't understand why they would. But you could always try. It'd be cool if they do. You, with your Slim, have every reason to upgrade to this anyway.

As I tried to say earlier, try patching to 3.52 M33-4 instead. Also, reformatting your memory stick could be helpful. If not, try restoring the system's default settings / formatting flash1. If that doesn't work either, I'd recover back to 1.50 and re-upgrade from there to get a clean flash, or just re-run the 3.52 M33 upgrade.

When Dax says to copy the update folder into PSP games, does he mean to copy the files IN the update folder or the folder itself?

Second, where can I find a 3.80 update? Thanks

both could work, if you copy the folder itself you'll only have to replace the previous one

As for the UPDATE folder it should be like this: \PSP\GAME\UPDATE
Inside the UPDATE folder you have to put the 3.80 update (you can get it from sony's site) and rename it 380.PBP
Then just run the update from the psp!

Try the 3.52M33-4
you don't need to go 1-2-3-4, you could've gone to the 4th update right away from plain 3.52M33

Doesn't work either. I tried changing the kernels, still nothing. This is getting ridiculous.

so you dont brick it! although if you plug in to mains then start update it should be fine..... just dont unplug it!!!
