3.8 m33 installation trouble

While is was trying to install 3.8 m33, it kept on saying that

"the sysytem configuration of this psp system does not appear to be correct. The update could not be completed. Contact technical support for assistance. (DRNFFFFFFCD)"

After that i formated flash 1, used keycleaner and idstorage manager to clean and patch key 5 the psp and it still isnt workin

i even disabled all my plugins, made sure it was on 3.71 kernal

Any suggestions would be helpful, im a total noob so dont throw anytin at me that is to advanced

Your problem if you have a TA 82/86 mboard by can be sorted by doing the following.

Download Chilly Willy keychanger.

Patch key 5, restart the PSP then unpatch key 5. Restart the PSP, do the update. Ignore Chilly Willy when it says unpatching key 5 will brick your PSP.


I have done three psp's using this method. Good luck.
