Default Games Wont Load In 3.71 or 3.80..."Game Could Not Be Started"

Since updating to 3.71 (dark alex) the other day and then 3.80 (dark alex again) last night some of my games won't work.

All of my original UMD games load but none of the ones (backups I personally created of my UMD's) I've got on the memory stick will load.

They're all in the ISO folder - it's worth noting that they are all backups of my original UMDs created soley to cut out wear and tear on the UMD drive - I own the originals and none have been downloaded.

All I get when I try to run them is"the game could not be started" message.

Is there a setting I need to adjust or is it back to loading them from the UMD disc? I've tried adjusting the 1.50/3.71 option in recovery mode.

That's because you can't run backups on official firmware.

sorted it - didnt realise you had to still have a UMD in the drive.
