downgrading firmware?

anyway, does psp have a world warranty (im worried about dead pixels/faulty square button/faulty analog nub if i get a japanese one)

oh right, i forget this is a uk forum^^
schools in europe are weeeeeiiiiird....i heard they have school like....all year round but big breaks between quarters? in the US u dont really get breaks between quarters except for end of school summer vacation 2.5 months mid june to late august, and winter break 2 weeks
