    Default 333 Mhz not working 380 m33-4

    333 Mhz is not working with 380 m33-4
    no cpu change just in vsh
    I have GTA UMD vice city and it runs slowly
    The 150 cheat for normal psp solves the problem but I have a slim!!

    Mine seems to run ok is the game on memstick or umd cos some memsticks have speed issues in 3.80m33 (dax is currently fixing this tho)
