Then how do you plan on getting them to your PSP? Also, it's illegal to distribute maps, you'll have to download these yourself.

Very true, its not possible to download maps from your PSP directly so you have to use a PC for that, and as Nieko says, then you could download them yourself

He should be able to get a relatively small map via wifi-upload option in the program.
(make sure it is enabled in the config.txt and restart)
after that all is needed is the gps coordinates of the area that is needed...and some patience..
