1: First get this GUI. http://dl.qj.net/PSX2PSP-popstation-...2982/catid/151

It's my favorite. You should know the drill on what files you'll need to make it work so let's cut to the chase.

2: Run the PSX2PSP.exe and load an image (iso or whatever or eboot for that matter if you've got it already.)

3: Let's say you're playing FF7 and the first disc's ID is "SCUS94163" Your Save information should have this ID as well. So what you need to do is after you've loaded say...disc 2 which has a different ID in PSX2PSP go down to the option "GAME ID" and "SAVE ID." Change the second disc's Save ID to the first disc's id. There shouldn't be a problem after that. Though if there is, try changing the Game ID to the first disc as well.

Make sure Disc 3 is made the same way, in that it uses the first disc's ID. Also be aware this doesn't help games that don't save before disc change.

4: Go ahead and pick some images you want to use and hit the compile button.

5: The most important step of all, have fun.

EDIT: If you want, you can make a single eboot file that contains all three discs, though it's rather large (1.5 gigs.) Check this thread if you want to do this. http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=86134
