emulator help please

i've just got hold of my first psp and am over the moon but there is few things that i could do with some help on. I got it in thailand so dont no what version it is. The manual is in english and japenese and it says its a psp-1006 k(dont no if they all say that) can i get a mame emu for it. and if so where? Tried a few sites but all seem to be dead links. Also when i try to link to another psp to play fifa all i get is no players search again. A ll answers will be much appreciated. cheers

cheers for that. i have version 1.50 so is it possible to get mame and where from?

scratch the last message. i've now got mame 0.71, mame 0.96 capcom, and x mame. all i get is the game could not be started (80020001). any ideas or am i doing something wrong.
