    Interesting, that cable sounds good for me as I use my consoles though my computer monitor - I bet the graphics would display better that way than a VGA box.

    Well since the PS3 requires HDMI for 1080p, this wouldn't work, unless it plugs into the HDMI port; and even then, computer monitors (most anyway) don't support HDCP, which is required for 1080p output.

    Most games, are however, 720p, so its a good deal until HDTVs come down more in price.
