Yeah, and Toshiba's involvement in the development of the Cell, which is in the PS3, as well as a Blu-ray drive. So whats the real deal here? So while Toshiba, supposed, endorses HD-DVD, they laugh their ass to the bank with every PS3 sold (which hurts and has hurt HD-DVD quite a bit...)

Point is, none of these businesses really "lose" if HD-DVD loses; which the PS3 helped with quite a bit.

The only businesses that lose are the studios that supported the losing format; but all the smart businesses put themselves into a situation to which they can still win, no matter what format wins the war.
