How do you port a emulator from the PC to the DS
What i need to learn this..?
Do i need to learn c++ or something..

Please don't double post you will just end up with an infraction. To port you will need some knowledge of coding and it's an extremely difficult process.

also you need the source code of the emulator for porting it to a console or handheld.

You need to understand how that emulator works.. You can't just "convert" it to PSP.
