i upgraded cause of new games that need new firmware suchas crisis core usa version soon and also super robot wars A portable is coming in june! so updating is always good

you can use irshell now with 3.90 m33 ahman just did somthing with it so you could

3.90 m33 is great! cant find any bugs! all we have to do is wait for sony 4.0 firmware (the big one im guessing)then dax to turn it into 4.0 m33!

This is the best Custom Firmware ever, in my opinion. I loved the Skype service specially. It made me really really happy.

Perhaps a stupid question, but does anyone think that Skype would work on the phat? I know it was spoken about ages ago but is there a real reason for it not being possible?

Would be such a kick in the nuts for Sony if someone did get it to work!

3.80m33 popsloader works in 3.90m33, there is 1.50 kernel addon and irshell works with a quick hack.

There is a reason to upgrade to 3.90m33, dax fixed a bug with m33 no-umd mode that halted the console when you exit a game with home button.

It's recommended using m33 driver because sony's no-umd driver slowsdown on some games in 3.80m33 and 3.90m33.

I think that there are enough reasons to upgrade to the latest CFW
