Also try holding it a little further from the mouthpiece
(not touching).

This didn't seem to help. Numbers containing one two or three seem to give me trouble the other digits seem to work just fine.

No problems here.
Also, I haven't heard of anyone else having problems across
all forums yet.
I guess results are going to be subject to different phone mics,
line quality, etc.
You do need to have a dial tone first, and I use it with the
volume all the way up.

I have another version almost ready for release, and have
fiddled with tone and pause duration.
