1. A memstick converted to despertar cementario v3 or v4, or normal pandora if using a fat.
2. A battery converted to a pandora battery.
3. A psp running custom firmware to make the above.
4. If no psp on custom, A datel tool battery and a pandora easy installer GUI (just google one there are a few).
Well, to start things off...
1.) whats your current firmware?

i got 3.90
If it's official firmware, you will need to use Pandora's battery to get custom firmware on your console. To make it, you would need at least a PSP capable of running homebrew and a spare battery. If you prehaps know someone that has a homebre compatible PSP, maybe ask them to make a pandora's battery for you. If that's not possible, you could try looking on the Internet about buying this Tool battery...
i now have 3.71 m33 v4 on my psps now what do i do to play homebrew on them like nes,gen and snes,,and if possible ps1
You could just leave it at 3.71m33 for now and most emu's will work if you have a fat psp with the 1.50 kernel installed, and popsloader (a ps1 emu) is built in to custom firmware so no problems there either.
