VBA-M public SVN build: revision 351 released

New build of the Game Boy, Game Boy Color and Game Boy Advance emulator for Windows.

Changelog:

* Fixes link menu
* Fixes OpenGL craziness from the fix of a division by zero.....
* Hopefully all display list cases are taken care of.

Note: this update is only for x86
