    Unhappy Resident Evil 2

I usually use Popstation GUI for my PSX games, but I cannot seem to make a playable Resident Evil 2 (non dual-shock version) with any of the converters I've tried. I use CDrwin to make the bin/cue file like always, run it through a convertor, and the game hangs up at the very first screen (warning screen) regardlessly if I use the Claire or Leon disc. I even tried to change the game id to the dual-shock and normal Japanese version (Biohazard 2), yet it still stops on the same screen. I hear that DarkAlex's popsloader can fix this issue, yet I don't know how to go about using it.

This is the only game I'm having trouble with, yet ironically it's the one I want to play the most. Any help is greatly appreciated. By the way, I'm using a PSP slim with 3.90 m33 custom firmware.

Are you using Popsloader? That will most likely fix the problem you're having.
