Default Streaming Video from PC to PSP

Is there a way to stream videos from PC to PSP without the requirement to use a PS3?

Or even better a PC version of Remote Play for this?

With PSPTube you won't need a PC.

does that stream my own videos then?

I have PimpStreamer working but the controls do not work when watching a video? And v2 doesn't work either, I'm using v1.0

The latest version of PimpStreamer is buggy at best, and as you noted, PSPTube won't show you your own videos (It even plays mp4's worse than the PSP's built-in media player!)

What you're looking for would likely be a DLNA client that could pair up with WMP on a PC. Sadly, that doesn't exist yet... but that's how the PS3 and X360 are able to stream live video from a PC. Given that Remote Play and Location Free are variations on this technology, I'm rather surprised that noone's even tried to do this yet.
