Running Gameshark with the GBC emulator (RIN v1.3)

It says there's a built in gameshark feature, how do I use this?

just edit one of the files that come with it. for example one of the files is for dragon quest 3 is in the folder named 'cheat'

GOLD 999999 codes have to be like this
013FDCC4

GOLD 999999
0142DDC4

GOLD 999999
010FDEC4

just put whatever code you need here. it seems that the only codes that are supported are the ones that start with 01. after you load the edited cheat file you could rename it and put more codes. another thing it seems like you can't load more the 10 codes.

If you use a computer and can't open notepad.. stab yourself in the eye. I've heard that helps.

Anywho, from the English readme, which was done by a God Among Men from what I've heard [/sarcasm]

---[Cheat Codes]---
You can use Gameshark (Pro Action Replay) cheat codes.
Place a cheat file (extension of .tch) in the CHEAT folder.
After loading a game, load the cheat file from the menu.
The cheat file should have the same name as the ROM image.
Note: You cannot use TGB Dual codes

I think, and I'm guessing here, you need to make tch file with the same filename as the game?

If not how does it know what game the cheat code is for?

I can't get it to work either. Only on one file:

Name of cheat file-
Zelda - Oracle of Seasons.tch

Inside file-
Access to Advanced Shop
01EA14CF

Nothing else I have tried works. I have tried everything on this page and more. Is it some kind of bug with 1.32? Maybe going back to 1.3 would help. Anyone else know what you have to do to get a working cheat file?
