i was stuck on 3.52m33 for a while, recently upgraded to 3.90m33. best thus far. i jumped from 1.50 to 3.53, and now 3.90. although, some se cfw's by dark_alex were awesome. 3.90m33+1.50 subset ftw
for me best is usually latest. so 3.90 m33 with 1.50 patch. although the SE/OE/M33 series was/is so groundbreaking its tough to pick a single fave

I love 3.80 m33-5 so far. I'm waiting for something better!
3.03OE-c is my favorite because made themes useable etc.
3.80m33-5 is best though.
PSN (PS3/PS4/Vita)/NintendoID - Triv1umx
Steam - Rjinswand
Runescape - Rjinswand
Im on the latest custom firmware
and its the best one yet
but, the best custom firmware i'ved used is the 3.52 M33-4 version
maybe coz that was the first custom firmware i used lol
and i found out all the possibilities of the psp!!!
Yeah 3.52 was the best about customizing, 3.71 is not that far behind (just a minor detail, install it through pandora and despertar V3 and you'll be able to flash any file you want, cause that way the files don't appear as hidden)
I just need to update my custom themes but I'm too lazy to do so
Sony made their themes, but I'll always like the waves infront of the wpp
3.71M33-4 4ever. (someday I'll update, just, not right now)
